International trading

I'm trying to make trades with users from the US as the majority of my game collection is NTSC/U. I've set the viewing options to 'combined' so I should be able to see trade/wish lists of both US and UK users, but whenever I view the trade list of a user from the US neither mine, or the other persons, games show up.
Am I doing something wrong?
