iPad Mini 16gb

Need to get an ipad mini 16 or 32 gb, first generation is fine, for school and work.

What's the best way to find deals on these? I remember they were relatively cheap on cowboom but those sell out quick. How is the general cowboom quality of ipads? Any coupons or whatnot I should be aware of?

Is gamestop an option?

If that was the mini, it's not just direct linking me to ipad 4. But now that I know great deals like that are to be had, I'll be more patient.
