I've seen some deals on eBay and there insanely cheap, do I trust it and gamble away some money or do I just play safe?

Gotta use your best judgement. If a game was released this week and you saw it for even $40, sounds like a scam. Post some more info on these shady deals.

If it's from Hong Kong and it's a game, it's fake, don't buy it! If it's too good to be true, there is a reason for it.

But, since it's not my money and you can't seem to complete a post with enough information for anyone to be able to come to a complete conclusion, I'd say gamble it away.
