Is NCAA Football 2009 on PSP worth it? Pros and Cons, please.

Target has it on clearance for ~$21, so I'm debating whether to get it now or wait for another price drop. I'm in no rush, since I have purchased tons of games for my new PSP. I would just use it to pass time while on the road or if in the hospital (medical background). Not looking for franchises....don't even know if its possible. I can' videos of PSP gameplay on the net nor reviews.
