Is the GTA4 DLC also out for PC?

I searched on Google but couldn't exactly find an answer.
The DLC content would pretty much be the deciding factor as to if I should buy it right now on Steam.

(the other game I was thinking about getting instead is Dead Space)

I think the episodic DLC was exclusive to the Xbox 360.

Yeah, MS handed R* a bag of money to make it a 360 exclusive.

o0o0o0o i thought it was an exclusive like the Downloadable Content for Fallout 3 was. (like PC and 360 get it but not ps3)

They have the GFW distribution in place on the PC version of GTA 4, so it's not impossible. I'd say it's likely, but not for a while.

Rockstar needs exclusive DLC for GTA IV PC. They could call it the "making this ass game work right" pack.
