Is their a 360 controller similar to ps2/ps3

I was wondering if anyone made a controller where the sticks were alligned like on the ps3 but for the 360. I saw an adapter to use ps2 controllers with the xbox and was wondering do they have something like this for the 360?

I've never seen anything like that, but it seems like a good idea. I'd imagine a lot of people are 360-phobic from being PS2-only owners last gen. I might even like to try one myself just for kicks if they exist.
