Is there a way to change forum theme?

Hi,
on my machine, the forum theme is not very easy on the eyes.
I was looking for a white background theme, but only found mobile themes on the list.
I could use a site mod and take away the background, but I was hoping there was a setting that I could use here.
 
Is there a URL for CAG's mobile skin? I used to have it working fine on my PSP but I cleared cache and oookies and now it goes to the regular site which doesn't load. I switched it in my profile, but I want to view the full site on my desktop not the mobile one

I remember there was a URL number you could change to show different themes, I think it was a 9 or something.
