Is this a bit hypocritical or not?

I realize the reasons for not allowing the trade of mod chips and other piracy related items in the trading forum. However, does anyone else find it hypocritical that Cheapassgamer has an advertisement for R4 cards at the top of the page. Correct me if I am wrong but these can be used for piracy as well, correct? If so let the debate begin! If not close this fool's thread!

AdSense is based off of keywords on the page, so technically, if we don't talk about piracy there shouldn't be any ads targeting pirates.
