Weird that everything is sealed. I'd personally hop on it as I would keep most of it as its all brand new

I was looking at flipping them on the secondary market.
Was wondering if i could do that and if there was a demand for those games

Minus the games i would keep If i went by ebay prices it looks to be good, however a lot of the games had 0 bids or were only buy it now.

So is there a Demand for most of these games?

Not just the above but make sure you meet in a high pedestrian traffic area. I usually try to meet at a mall as the one near me has cameras all over the place.
