Is this a good deal?

I have a friend who wants to sell his 80gb PS3 with two controllers, the rock band microphone, drums, and guitar with the games: Rock Band, UFC: Undisputed, Call of Duty: World at War, Motorstorm, and another game I can't think of for $400. Do you think this is a good deal?

PS3 - $300 ($275 at SonyStyle I believe)
2nd Controller - $43
RockBand - Can easily be bought and upgraded to RockBand 2 for less than $100
The 3 games can all be bought during a buy 2 get 1 free GameStop used game event or dirt cheap anywhere else.

I would so no at $400 because you can get a new PS3 for a cheaper price and the games you want for $400. Also you get more memory with a new PS3 and a fresh 1 year warranty.

I'd be willing to buy that set for 350.

Id go for a new PS3 as well. Then with the extra money you could get whatever games you wanted. $400 doesnt seem like too good of a "friend discount"

If it's a backwards compatible 80gb (software emulation) PS3, then it's worth it. Otherwise, I personally wouldn't go for it.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I was going to take the "deal", but now, I think I'm going to ask him to come down in price, or I'll just get a new PS3. If it helps the deal at all, I found out the other game was CoD: MW2.
