Is this copy of Pokemon Emerald a fake?

I've already had a few bad experiences with getting pirated copies of GBA games, and after a lot of checking around this looks real but I just wanted to see what someone else thought first before I started bidding on it.

if they ship from the US its most likely legit lol. if its coming from HK its probably not, unless you buy from play-asia.com or other reputable sites from HK

It is definitely legit...a couple posts above me pointed out why...most importantly the imprinted numbers on the sticker
