It's a long shot, but maybe someone can translate this (Japanese, I think)

I realize that it's a bit of a long shot, but I was hoping that a member here could possibly translate or at least give me some sort of clue as what the text on picture below would be in English. To the best of my knowledge, the text in the picture is Japanese, but I could certainly be wrong.

The tag is from a mini plushie that I got from E3 a few years back and I was hoping to put them up on eBay, but I have no idea what they're actually called.

Kudos to anyone who might be able to help me!

The part below nintendogs is "nintendogs".

The green part is "mascot".

And hell if I know any kanji, so no clue on the blue circle.

But yea, it'd just be a nintendogs mascot plushie.

And if you want to type it out yourself if you have japanese installed on your computer, choose katakana and its:
nintendotsugusu - (small tsu= pause) ニンテンドツグス
masukotsuto - (again, small tsu= pause)　マスコツト
