360 still not doing well... what I find interesting is how stuff like the Xbox will sell exactly 25 units. Just kinda funny to have an exact count...

It becomes more apparent every week that the 360 should've never been released in Japan. Is it too expensive for Microsoft to buy Square Enix or something?

I can't believe how well PS2 is still selling, you would think with it being out for over 6 years there and with PS3 just around the corner, sales would have slowed down to around Gamecube levels.
Do we get that Dragon Quest/Final Fantasy game?
they already passed it once, so no.

What is it? A two-in-one game, or is it actually a game combining the DQ and FF worlds? Cause that would be sweet if I had a PSP and were in Japan.

Looks like the 360 is only a couple weeks away from passing GameCube sales for the year.

It is a board game kind of thing.

I believe the bracketed numbers [..] are the totals for the year so far. Or if it came out this year then it's the total sales so far.

What I found even more interesting after trolling around on that site for a little bit was this....

Holy shit. A 360 game actually registers with Japan...

Are you sure that's nearly 900,000 units? Or did you mean 89,518?

Crazy eh? They are selling like crazy. I read an article about it. It said Nintendo wasn't sure if they would be able to supply the demand because they weren't planning to print anymore for a few weeks. And their stock pile is only 1-1.5 million. Something like that, don't remember exactly.

*I don't remember where I heard that, but here's another article about NSMB sales from Gamasutra
