Well, that was interesting. lol My order was cancelled and then I was told by so-called Jet "customer service" that my brand new account was suspended before I could spend a dime with them because - wait for it - I have the audacity to use an international IP address. lol This is 2015, not 1995. Has no one at Jet ever heard of a VPN? I've been using a VPN with multiple online e-tailers without a single issue for over 2 years...sometimes I utilize an international IP, sometimes a stateside IP. Never once had a problem with Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, Target.com, etc...with most shipments sent to my US address regardless of my current location or simulated IP address. In this day & age a VPN is a very basic (& necessary IMHO) first step for security & privacy. Any serious business that wants to be around long term is set up automatically to handle this sort of thing. "Suspending" accounts, canceling orders, etc...with such poor customer service is not exactly a good way to instill confidence in what kind of operation these yahoos are running.

Tried to checkout with red controller, then it got pulled from my carton the place order page. Will wait for it to comeback in stock. White is ugly and gets dirty lol

Never played Uncharted so I picked up the Nathan Drake Collection.

This is weird. I ordered one of the white dualshocks and it arrived Wednesday. Today a second white Dualshock showed up. I'm looking for a second order on Jet or a second charge on my CC, but I'm not finding anything. I may have had my order sent twice. Has anyone else had this happen with their Jet orders?
 
Ordered a white ds4 (with Quaker chewy granola bars! :D/). Never heard of the company that's shipping it (Electrogems??) but really wanted a second controller 'cause I don't want to ruin my 20th anniversary ds4. Thank you OP :bow:

 
Got my DS4 shipped from "Past Generation Toys", not too bad. Doubt I will buy from Jet again though, really dislike this whole idea of not knowing who will fullfill your item until you are close to placing the order.

YES! I ordered one filler item with my Borderlands: Handsome Collection. A floor deodorizer powder. I got six at no extra cost. o_O

Not complaining, though.

 
Well shit, I seem to have had my accounts deactivated. I made 3, but only made orders on 2 of them. Now I can't seem to login to any of them.

If that's the case, I have 2 $30 vouchers that I bought from a Livingsocial deal, anyone want to buy them for what I paid; $15? Let me know. You cannot stack these with a promo, so it's essentially just a straight $15 discount.

Debating on if I should pull the trigger on a Ps4 Gold wireless headset for $43. Or would the Dreamgear headset plus some extra stuff be smarter? Or even the KMD headsets? I guess I'll research them and see the reviews, but I just want a headset that doesn't break.

 
My order was shipped by limited goods...so I google them and they seem to suck lol anybody deal with them before or also had their order fulfilled by them?

yea I got my HD threw them. It shipped and says should be here Wed. dont know anything about the company

I placed anther order for a hard drive fulfilled by couch potato and just received that today. I haven't opened it yet but the box/shipping box were in perfect shape.

I just dropped by to ask the same thing, lol. Bit on a Sony Gold Wireless headset for $43 and saw it was through Limited Goods as well. I did see that their Amazon seller rating is 98 percent positive, so that's somewhat reassuring. Most of the complaints seem to center around their poor packaging practices, but hopefully things turn out okay.

 
Thanks OP!  Got 2 copies of Mortal Kombat X for the Xbox One for $30.26!  That's $15.13 a game for me and my buddy.  Best deal I've seen on this game so far.

PS Golds are great...but hurt my ears/head when I wear glasses on the weekends.

I use them all the time for PS4 nonetheless...but after picking up Senn 598's yesterday I will probably use them alot less.

 
Considerably less enthused when I found out that my Tomb Raider order is being fulfilled through "Unbeatablesale.com".  Merchant approval scores in the 80s aren't my cup of tea.  Most common complaint is slow shipping times.

The odds I'll be rushing back to jet.com are not good.  I like supporting merchants who earn high 90 percent customer satisfaction scores, because assuming the reviews aren't rigged, they know how to take care of customers.  I'm OK with it in this instance, because I have plenty of other games to play right now, and the deal is good...but this whole idea of buying from a pig in a poke doesn't appeal to me.

Got my red controller in yesterday and while it's nice it's more orange than red, was expecting more of a deep red like the PS3 one was.

That's who my controller shipped through and went out next day. Used a bubble mailer was the worst issue I had but fortunately it only had a blunted corner to the box.

Got my codbo3 for ps 4 Friday, jumped on it right away got it shipped and tax for $39. Filled by toysrus came with a $59.99 receipt.

not bad but ms store had it for 25 with a 10 dollar gift card. Have a golden crisp coupon and can drop to 15 with a ten dollar gift card.

 
My white controller still says "in progress" and fulfilled by Limited Goods. It says it will arrive in 3-7 business days. Will I get shipment notification and tracking number, or will it just show up out of the blue?
