I've seen a few pristine ones at some local EB/GS locations, and they tend to run quite cheap as well. The only problem is finding them, though, since the dual-pack seems to be a bit more prolific than the single release.
I scored last sealed copy Jet Set Radio Future at GR for $2.50 around last month. Guess i'm very lucky but you still find Pre-Owned copy at Game Rush Blockbuster for cheap.
