Nice to see that they put Guilty Gear X2, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and both Outrun games on the list. Now to see where I can score a copy of said games.
 
Grrr, when will they get Mortal Kombat Shoalin Monks on there? I think that's the one game I have left that needs BC.

And JSRF's updated. I already beat it, but I might pop it back in and see if they fixed 99th Street.

Well, looks like it is time to play completely through Marvel vs. Capcom 2 again. I unlocked everyone on the DC, PS2, Xbox, and now I'll do the Xbox 360 version. Good times.
 
Hopefully, we continue to see updates approximately every 3 months from now on. Nothing specatular on this one (still hoping for PoP games and Rugby 06).
 
I'm always one to bitch about these updates but this time I am very happy!

Man, I could have sworn Morrowind was already compatible. I picked it up about a month ago based on that assumption, and haven't gotten around to playing yet. I guess I lucked out.
 
Woot for Outrun Coast to C oast and it's good to see that Microsoft is still chugging away at this.

MvC2 has no online play though. Keep that in mind.
 
This update may be great for some, but it's meh to me. I've got maybe 2-3 of those games, and I don't really even care to play those.

Absolutely fantastic they made more games BC, but for me it came up short of great.

I have

Dead To Right 2 (no big deal,its sealed and I think I paid $3 for it)
Marc Ecko (same as above)


Sure there are still some good titles missing, but out of the games I own, only the 2 above don't work.
 
We have a dance mat from Universe, Microsoft.

Can't you throw the DDR games on one of these BC's?

Those are the only games I really want anymore.
 
Outlaw Golf 9 Holes of Xmas isn't BC despite what the list says. I just threw mine in. It says it's not supported :(

It's your standard US bought at Toys R Us disc, too. Not British or French or Japanese or anything.

EDIT: I'd like to know what they updated in JSRF. I just tried out 99th Street, and it's still slow as molasses.

Shit this is great news. Whenever I think MS is finally giving up on BC, they do another. Granted they still have another 650+ titles to go. [ 799 US titles according to XBox.com but Shipwreck mentions 894 and Madden and Rat-Ta-Taooie has to get added. I'm pretty sure this will be the last year of OG XBox releases]

Hyped for
- Guilty Gear reload (although I'm sure it still lags)
- PGR 1 + 2 (classics)
- Justice League Heroes (JUST got this game, and get to co-op with my wifey! wee!)
- MVC2 (Makes it even more valuable ;)
- KUF (awesome series)
- Outruns (JUST picked up Coast to Coast. Go me.)
- Silent Hill 2 (Of course the best Silent Hill of the bunch.)

That's because it's 9 more holes, not 9 holes. 9 more holes was a blockbuster exclusive disc. 9 Holes isn't supported.

Exact same for me. It's my favorite Xbox game tho, so if they fixed 99th street I'll still be happy. I could see popping it back in to play around with & try for some of the extras.

Still didn't get any of the 3 I have left: Indiana Jones, Kung Fu Chaos & Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath. Oh well, maybe next time...

hmm.. interesting..

is the star wars battlefront games BC?.. those are my favorites and i think i still need a downloadable content from them..

best game to play online ever.. although I never seem to get good competition (even in its heyday) for that..

Nope. The best to worst usually goes.....

Arcade > Japanese DC > American DC > Xbox > PS2

Just a word of advice for anyone looking to get MVC2. There's word over at the SRK forums that MVC2 has massive slowdown and sprite glitches on the 360.

Even casual fighting game fans will notice when the lag % goes from 0 to extremely annoying.

Scorch or anyone else who has the game, definitely post your impressions to confirm or deny the SRK reports.
