thanks OP!  In for one.  Not entirely sure I want this game, but it looks fun and I have time to change my mind.  Tired of missing out on CE's.  I need more useless junk to litter my desktop :p 

 
Is the grappling hook going to be glued down? It would be pretty cool if you can put it on.
It would be even cooler if it actually worked.

 
I don't get why people voted for the grappling hook to be included in the collector's edition. I'm guessing they thought it would be functional? I'd rather have a backpack than that worthless thing.
Plus, ten dollars more at GameStop is cause they're a cheap a** company.
 
Not only is it in stock at best buy, it's also cheaper. $109, 87.99 with GCU.

*nvm, I guess the extra 10 dollars for the gamestop preorder is for extra content.

I was gonna pass on this but this is good thinking. I might change my mind later if the game is stellar

Truthfully I'll probably cancel it later... $88 even with GCU leaves about $40 for the other stuff, which I don't consider worth all that. I'd rather have $40 in my pocket than some junk

 
same, ordered just in case but yeah i liked JC2 but a dumb replica non functioning grapple is just some crappy plastic, almost certainly gonna cancel

i wonder if nowadays manufs get notes from amazon like "we got 50k preorders and sold out in 2 hours!  you should make a ton more!!" and then they end up cranking out way too much

I'm mostly getting the collectors edition to support the developer because I loved JC2 so much

I do wish it was something other than the grappling hook
 
I preordered, but I already have Fallout 4 and Metal Gear CE's preordered as well.  I am not interested in the grappling hook memorabilia so I may back out on this one down the road.
