Just got a DS what rpg games do i need.

Hey everyone, I just got a Nintendo DS for my birthday. I know there are plenty of rpg games out there on this system. I need to know the must have rpg's for it. I figured the fine community here could help me out in getting the very best to keep me entertained. So please, let me know what you think I should get.

You NEED Chrono Trigger! Also I was impressed with the Mario and Luigi's Bowser's Inside stroy. it is a action RPG. If you want to look at some reviews for them, they are broken down really well at Gamescales.com and at Gamespot.com

Final Fantasy (III, IV), the World Ends with You, Chrono Trigger, Mario and Luigi (PIT, BIS)

I'm sure there are plenty others but I'm a sucker for Nintendo and Square

Chrono Trigger is arguably the best on the system.

I also dig FF III and FF IV.

The Dragon Quest games are also solid.

Definitely Chrono Trigger and The World Ends With You, as well as the Pokemon games. Other notable mentions go to the Final Fantasy ports, KH 358/2 Days, and both Dragon Quest games.

I'm going to chime in and say try 358/2 days first. I like Kingdom Hearts on PS2 but I'm not a big fan on DS.
