So many games coming...here's a release schedule of some of the biggest titles for Xbox/PS3:

8/23 - Deus Ex
8/30 - Madden 2012
9/6 - Dead Island, Resistance 3
9/20 - Gears of War 3, RE4 HD (PSN/XBLA game)
10/4 - Dark Souls, Rage
10/18 - Batman: Arkham City
10/25 - Battlefield 3
11/1 - Uncharted 3
11/8 - Modern Warfare 3
11/11 - Skyrim
11/15 - Assassins Creed Revelations, Saints Row The Third

That list doesnt include: Bodycount, Disgaea 4, Driver, NHL 12, Ico/SotC Collection, NBA 2K12, Twisted Metal, Once Upon A Monster, Ace Combat, Silent Hill, LotR War In The North, Sonic Generations, Metal Gear Solid Collection, Need For Speed, Rayman Origins, and of course The Adventures of TinTin: The Game!
Thanks for that list--I can map out my coupon train using it. I'm also going to wait on Dead Island and Rage. Dang, this holiday is going to be awesome.

Also, the Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy isn't on that list, just to point that out.

I have Skyrim preordered at Amazon for $54, but if it was to have a $25 coupon, I'd cancel that in a heartbeat...unless Amazon matched it before release.

EDIT: @dino88: I believe The Last Guardian was delayed to 2012. I don't know about Max Payne 3.
That is a nice looking list. I'll definitely be getting the highlighted ones. I'll wait for reviews for Dead Island and Rage. Did you forget The Last Guardian and Max Payne or have they been delayed?
Neither of those will be out this year. TLG should be spring 2012 I think? And no idea about Max Payne.

I'd like a bit of both options, though the point cards are the better deal. Two requests:
1) Include Nintendo and 3DS point cards as options as well as PSN and XBox
2) Blanket the stores with cards so there is zero chance of them truly not having gotten any

I vote for the 25 dollar coupon...September-December are all so dense with games that it would be easy to find something to use the coupon on.

The point card deal is the better offer, but only if you can guarantee that all stores will have them in stock. I usually skip the point card deals at my store, because they are generally out of stock when they come around.

I vote $25 coupon, because supplies of point cards have not been reliable across all Kmart stores.

My local store has been sold out of $20 PSN cards for over a month now.
Let's make a deal - Imagine a big Fall title which offer would you prefer...

$25 coupon. Rather have the extra $10 towards another game instead of having to bother with selling the points card since I have enough MS points stocked up and my local stores never have PSN cards.

$15 and the card is the better value, and I'd like to see some of that. But to be honest I'd likely buy more games overall with several games with a $25 coupon in a row. Maybe a couple of either than the other is best.

$15 and the points card for sure, although I really liked the deal you did for LA Noire where you had the gaming coupon as well as the free game.

I have the some problem my store is quite frequently out of points cards/PSN cards, they have been out of the 1600 and $20 cards for the past 2 months.

on a side note is there the possibility of a future offer like buy game x with a 12 month live card at discount in stead of points?

I'd vote for a "both" option. As people said, games which seem likely to have DLC, the split rewards is really strong. But for a one-off game, a higher coupon amount would be nice. I mean, I'd love to get a couple of free points cards. But I'm not sure I want to have $140 space bucks or some high amount because I've bought a lot of new games. And as someone said, Kmart has a dubious history of having them in stock. It could lead to a lot of unhappy people if they only get a smaller coupon because their stores can't or won't restock the point cards.

$15 coupon and a points card, though I might be the only one who preferred getting SYWR bonus points to the gaming coupons (but I understand if that's not optimal for SHC.)

Definitely the $25 coupon, I still have a backup $20 PSN card from the last time K-Mart ran the deal and I don't feel like selling an extra

$15 and the points card
With a few decent Arcade games out and Resident Evil and Silent Hill remakes hitting Arcade soon would love some extra points.

How bout a mix and match with a bit of different love with some games having the $25 coupon and some with $15/$20 off points card ^_^
Deals are soft all through July due to me being gone most of June for personal reasons. We heat back up starting August 7th. I'll start a new thread then.
Noooo... My Zelda coupon expires on the 6th. =(

points cards all the way. heck, I'd be first in line to buy Hello Kitty: Attack of My Little Pony if it gave me a $15 and a $20 PSN card.

I'm a Rock Band whore, so I'd jump at a bunch of $15 and free MS Point Card for sure. $25 off is nice, no doubt, but I'll take $35 in perks over a $25 coupon any day of the week.

I'd say I'd prefer the $15 + $20 in MSP (technically more money back), but that does make the actual coupon train harder to ride in a season where there's a billion AAA titles. But, I would say it would probably cause difficulty for those who just want a K-mart deal to PM at a place like BB, which would bring you more business (if you want to think of it that way).

I'd take a $25 coupon over a $20 card. So I don't have to gamble on the chance that my local Kmarts will have any cards by the time I get there.

Honestly, I'd rather have Kmart/Sear's shop rewards points. At least, I can spend it on other things in the store.

Save some receipt paper since in my experience, we're already getting a train length filled with advertisements and useless other coupons attached to them.

The problem I have though is usually aside from extending the train, I'd want to use a K-mart coupon on a clearance item which are usually

As some have already said, the $15 coupon + $20 points card option would be my pick as long as there was a decent supply of points cards in each store.

I'd go with the $25 coupon as, even with four 'local' Kmarts, I can never seem to find $20 PSN cards and I'm over stuffed w/ MSP from various other sources.

Same here, of the four of them I go to only one has points cards and that one is the farthest store from me.

I vote for coupon plus points card for sure. It gives you more value for your money and I always need more funds in my Playstation wallet. The only downside I see is that a lot of stores don't seem to carry them, although I found that my store carries the $20 PSN cards upfront, while all other points cards are in electronics for some odd reason.

My vote is $15 coupon + $20 points card....seems to be no brainer to me :)...but then my store does not have psn $20 cards.....how do I make them to restock it :frustrated:

I like the $15 + Points for games like Gears or COD, since I'll buy maps for MP. For games like Uncharted or Batman I'll probably just play the single player game and move on so the $25 would seem more reasonable.

I would get $15+ points card. But like Ballard said that our local store never has any in-stock, my idea is to print out another coupon to redeem the points card online on kmartgamer. That way, it's less hassle.

$15 + $20 Card gets my vote!

Well Josh, I would say $15 gaming coupon and $20 points card, but my 2 local locations (South St. Louis County on Lemay Ferry Rd., and High Ridge, MO) don't have $20 cards, only $50 cards.

In for 25 Dollar Coupon

I prefer more direct savings because not everyone always needs a points card at the moment. There is only so much on the PSN I want at a given time. Plus (not trying to tell everyone to support other competitors, but you can buy points cards in 10$ allowances on Amazon) Which often times is the price of the stuff I buy on PSN. I don't buy stuff on Live either.

I agree with what some people have said:
-Game with a a huge focus on online mulitplayer and DLC = $15 coupon/$20 points card
-Game that is SP only or has mulitplayer that no one will care about = $25 coupon

I'd vote for the $15 + $20 point card, but I'm not even sure if my Kmart carries the $20 cards. I wanna say they do, but I'm not entirely sure.

How about a $20/$20 deal, since people seem somewhat divided between the two? Just kidding.

I'd opt for the coupon and points card as well.
