Just picked up KoF XII (Xbox 360) for under a dollar at Futureshop in Kelowna. It was in a stack of other 97 cent games counter and I think it was a manual discount, so YMMV.
I didn't check what other games were there since I was in a hurry, but there may be other worthwhile deals there.
