No they didn't. They just took away the sales they usually have at ~15% off and added a B2G1 promotion instead. Everything at kohls has an inflated msrp since there is ALWAYS some 20%+ discount they have going.

Not suggesting that this is a good deal, but for anyone who IS interesting in this, you should know know something that might help. Most of the time, if you order something using the in-store online kiosk, it waves the shipping charges.
