It hasn't sold out at any major retailers has it? I know stock went quickly at Newegg but they are also tax free for most and they didn't have order quantity restrictions in place.

Based on this information I would expect enough to be available at B&M locations to last awhile (unless there is a ridiculous BF/CM sale on XL consoles).

most of the time, gamestop.com "estimates" tax. Going by that Walmart total, your tax is 8.75%. Walmart's list price is $0.03 less so should be $0.03 less after tax ($0.032625 to be more precise).

If you have a Pokemon X/Y 3DS XL yes you should sell it. The Pokemon 3DS XL no way cause it's highly collectible. This 3DS XL should be a collectible too
