Little Big Planet 3 Issue Need Help Pls . . .

I just wondering if someone here knows any work around to fix the online connectivity issue for this game?

My son was trying to play online with his friends or random people online without success.

We have 100mbps download speed and 20mbps upload speed.

NAT Type: Open

I connected the PS4  to the Switch and the switch is connected to the Fiber Optic Thermal.

I try to connect the PS4 with the modem as well but experiencing the same issue.

Any help will be much appreciated and Happy New Year to all specially to all fans of Little Big Planet 3

So far the PSN is running without issue for me and can play any online games except this one. I've been having this issue since the day it was released.
