LittleBigPlanet - £17.96 from Amazon.co.uk

I live in the US, and I was browsing Amazon.co.uk for the UK version of MGS4 (love the cover) and saw this:

I could be wrong, but this seems really cheap.

I told my buddy to important since it's cheaper than buying a new copy in the US.

Is there something I'm missing, or has LBP always been this cheap in the UK?

EDIT: Just found out you can't import videogames from Amazon.uk

It's been sub-£20 for quite a while now, I think the best deal we had was £16.82 in December.
