CAGiversary!
I've (recently) ordered things on different account I had from back in the day (which was a Wednesday if you didn't know) and received them
Thank you for the reply, but that does not answer my question at all.
The Xbox 360 was in stock at the end of June, and I know of people that ordered and received this prize.
I do not understand how these orders placed 4 months after mine were fulfilled first. I find it extremely unprofessional that this has occurred.
Telling me that the prize is out of stock and you have no estimate on when it will be available again is utterly useless to me, because what assurance do I have that this exact thing will not happen the next time the Xbox 360 is in stock?
If there is no intention of completing the outstanding Xbox 360 orders from February, I would think that either a points refund (preferable) or an alternate prize would be provided.
Thank you,
Mark
