I recently purchased Tales of Destiny 2 from Amazon ps1 and it came without the instruction manual. The discs were new so I decided to suck it up and keep it and try to find the manual elsewhere.
Note the instructino manual I am looking for is for the English Tales of Destiny 2(Tales of Eternia everywhere else). Not the JP Tales of Destiyn 2 manual(The real sequel to Tales of Destiny.)
