I still haven't heard anything related to pre-order deals for these titles. Has anyone heard anything at all?

Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

I haven't seen anything on skyrim other than the $5 off at amazon for the 360 version. Also looks like amazon has a $10 credit on MW3, but its still too early for most retailers to start offering preorder bonuses.

It's not a "REAL" $10 credit on Amazon..
