Your best bet may be ebay. I got an 8gb touch for 174.xx shipped a few weeks ago. Plus if you can find one that is eligable for the 30% Live search cashback thing then you can save a lot of money

try refurbished at apple.com it's 179$ + tax i believe. And they're basically like brand new. I bought a 16gb one. There was nothing on it looks like it has been used at all.
