Looking for a sound system

I have no idea what sound system specs mean or good prices and brands. I am looking for something that sounds good doesn't have to be super loud and is mainly for games and the occasional movie and music.

Great product if you don't want a full blown home theater system. Bought one of these a couple of months ago (refurbed) and it sounds great! HDMI pass through ports are a plus.
