Looking for an under-cabinet flip down TV

I'm wondering if there are any decent deals on flip down TVs to put under kitchen cabinets, or if there are any recommendations for a good kind to get. I don't know much about them, and am looking to get one as a gift for someone. A built in DVD player and/or radio would be nice features.
