Looking for Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops for PSP

I've been looking everywhere and I just can't find this game. Can anyone give me a good direction to look in, either B&M and online? I live in Riverside county. Thanks.

its 17.99 not sure if you wanted new or used. I bought a copy recently and it was complete with book and all but i know thats not always guaranteed.
