looking for street fighter 4 deal (PS3)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a deal on Street Fighter 4 for the ps3. Amazon has it new for a pretty good price of $21, but it's under $25 so it won't ship free. Gamefly has it for $22, not sure about shipping. I figured there might be a good deal out there with SSF4 coming out soon.
