Looking to buy a U2 ipod

1) on apple.com it says you can get any ipod couston inscribed, how do i get this one done
2) Does anyone own this ipod or know how it is
3) DOes anyone know of any new ipods coming oput soon

I have one , a 20 GB color 4 Gen , it's pretty cool .
I bought it a month before the video iPods were revealed .

I actually bought the 30 gig photo ipod then the video was released. The hard drive went and now im stuck with none.

I think I'm getting a Zune next time I buy an MP3 player .
iTunes runs like shit in Windows , and I don't think I'll ever own a Mac [unless I win one] .

If you bought the warranty you should be able to exchange it for a new one.
