I'm seeking some advice (on several different boards) on purchasing a new laptop.
I'm specifically looking for something that would be ideal for playing out music live via Serato and/or Final Scratch, as well as music production and some light PC gaming.
Any recommendations on brands, models, etc.? Are there any specific ones I should avoid or specific hardware components (such as dualcore processors, etc.) that I should avoid?
I'm looking to drop no more than $1k, but am willing to look at anything up to $1200.
