Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume One (Blu) $25.99 on Amazon

Vol 2 was just announced a few days ago. It's coming out Oct. 16th. Signs point to it not being a digibook though, and no sign of a Collector's edition either.

My order was backordered, but I went to the store today and saw that they had a few copies on the shelf. I took it to customer service and they gave it to me at the DotD price.
 
The backordered one I ordered from Best Buy finally shipped today, so hopefully others will start getting theirs shipped as well.

Are the Platinum sets different then the Golden Collection they released on DVD previously? Or are they just on Blu-Ray now?
 
i got an email that my order from bestbuy was back backordered when it was the Deal of the Day and yesterday I got a shipping confirmation and charge to my credit card. I guess bestbuy got more in stock before canceling my order.
 
Missed the BB DOTD on this but grabbed it off Amazon. Couldn't imagine my daughter growing up in a world without Looney Tunes, plus I cant wait to watch them again myself
 
Volume 2 blu-ray is $31 on amazon right now. Hopefully, best buy and amazon offer it for lower as the release date arrives. some competition would be nice.
