Loose DS Game Chip

Just wondering, has anyone had a DS cart with a loose chip inside?

Last month I bought Partners in Time from GS and then exchanged it for another because the chip inside was obviously not secure- if you were to gently shake it, you could hear rattling around inside. It worked fine but it just did not seem right.

Now, I just bought Air Traffic Chaos from BB and it is the same situation. I hate causing trouble at stores but I don't want a defective game either and none of my other games are like this. I think they would be able to send it back to the manufacturer.

Anyone have any comments on this situation?

It doesn't happen to every cart but that is normal. No it doesn't damage anything when it rattles like that.
It's usually just a loose bit of plastic.
Ummm.... that's not it. That rattling is the holes in the circuit board hitting the plastic pillars in the cart. There's no loose bit of plastic in there.
