Are there any good preorder deals for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon? I know Newegg had a $10 off preorders promotion last year, but I didn't have a 3DS at the time.

Are there any sites offering promotional credit?

Newegg had a $10 GC promo last week. I was hesitant and ended up not preordering. Had it been $10 off I would have.
