Secondspin.com is owned by Transworld / FYE / Coconuts. You can actually take those trade in values for the most part and you'll get the same thing at FYE and Coconuts stores though some stores are slightly lower or higher.

Totally legit, but they have strict standards as to the condition of the game.

FYE's values are actually about $3 dollars less than what is listed on their website. That has been my experience at least in trading to FYE. If you want in store credit, then add in 25% credit I believe.
