I went to my TRU to pick up Madden 11 with my Reward coupon I got in the mail last month. It was $10 off any $50+ purchase. The cashier scanned my card and the coupon. The coupon wouldn't go through because it had already given me a $15 gift card. When the manager came, she said I couldn't do both. I said I didn't want to use both, I just wanted to save $10 now instead of $5 more later, which was my intention. The problem is when they scan your Reward card, it automatically gives you the gift card. They couldn't figure out how not to give it to me. So she allowed both to go through and got Madden for $50 and got the $15 gift card.
