Just put up a ton of Magic 2011 Japanese singles all at $0.99 starting bids. Baneslayer Angel, Primeval Titan, Grave Titan, Fauna Shaman, everything! Not sure how many CAGers play but I figured I'd post here as it isn't often that Japanese singles are put up for bids rather than high fixed prices.

Yes. You can play any language cards in US sanctioned events and any confusion over what the card does is answered by the judge via the Gatherer wording. A lot of players pick up foreign language cards (especially Asian singles with Japanese being the most desirable) to make their decks stand out from players playing a similar deck.

Foil + Japanese is pretty much the height of coolness for a card.
 
dont trust this guy scavenger4 i meesaged him on ebay to let him know some heroclix he had listed as chase were not actually chase at all and instead of correcting his mistakes he blocked me. most people thank me so they dont take advantage of someone who didnt know better but this guy obviously doesnt care
