Getting it through Amazon Warehouse Deals is the better way to go if you don't mind that it's not in the shrink wrap. The games tend to be in great condition.

Mario kart for the original ds is still $33 on Amazon. Been waiting forever for a price drop.

I'm so ashamed of myself for not thinking of this approach. I was just about to jump on the wagon and pull the trigger for the $35 but now I think I'll save a bit more!
