Interesting. Did you have to call? The "email us" thing isn't working for me. I fill out the form and hit submit, then it just goes to a blank screen. Really, Best Buy, really?! XD
EDIT: On the phone right now. They are saying that the status of these items are something they've never seen before, and the item has been back ordered (though she's not sure how that works for digital items). On hold while she calls their digital team. No resolution, really, they said that there is delay in sending out the codes, and to wait 48 hours before cancelling them.
