No tax, includes shipping costs, includes the guide. Doesn't really seem like the biggest rip off to me...

It is so much easier to just flame on rather than reading the entire post that consisted of 11 words. I predict a difficult life for that man.
 
If you're wanting it before ME2 comes out I think your best bet is just picking it up for $20 new. If not, you can just wait and I'm sure more stores will have a $10 sale like Kmart.
