i got a 256 MB memory card i got off CC for 4.99

i noticed that OFFICE DEPOT has a 1 GB for 49.00 this week

If i just play games (BUT keep a lot of my saves) would 256 be enought or would you go for the 1 GIG at 49.00

also would a BURNED movie fit on a GIG or would i need bigger then a GIG to play 1 movie

(how many game saves would fit on a 256 and a 1 GB

thanks

I have a 32 mb card, and have about 30 saves, and have barely filled 5 mb...

256 mb is overkill for just game saves.

k thanks... since i probally wouldnt watch movies on it i think i will let the 1 GB card go for now ...

i would have 2 32 MB cards (one with system and one i picked up here)
and i would have a 256 MB card i think that would be enough for now

if you have 1 gig of space it'll fit 4-5 full length movies. just downgrade the movie file when you convert it. it can still look very very good. i have a movie almost 2 hours it's about 180 megs.

I beg to differ. It's not overkill and is probably the "sweet spot" that a strictly gaming only PSP owner should look for. Some games feature downloadable content like Wipeout Pure that take up mbs of space. Or maybe you'll be playing games where you can make ghost files or levels.

So whatever you do, don't downgrade.
