Mercenaries 2?!?

Why are they releasing this for PS2? It definitely doesn't use the same engine as the 360 version and likely the gameplay is more like the original than the squeal. Why bother releasing this on PS2 when judging by the screenshots, the PS2 version looks like a turd? I mean I still have my original 50001 PS2 (with the official hard drive I might add ), but why waste the money to port this game to an old platform?

Because there a lot of ps2 owners out there who don't have one of the newer systems. Kinda like why does EA still release Madden out on the ps2.

EA loves money like I love 21 cent beer night. Don't forget there are still 100 million PS2s out there and the PS3 isn't exactly selling like hot cakes.
