Not necessarily. My BB won't let me use a GGC anymore with anything that's already on sale. The computer won't allow it.

Read the fine print, it doesn't say must be taken off regular price. You have to put up a fight. One employee at my Best Buy tried to tell me I couldn't use it on an Xbox game because it was only good for software and the game wasn't software. I had to hold my laughter in as she went and asked her boss.
