Metal Gear Online: Download takes so long

why does it take to long to download the BETA. It is only 720mb and i can't download it as fast as I do on my Xbox 360 which is like 30 minutes
 
Its due to the fact too many ppl signed up for the beta. I've gotten the download but will probably just wait til I get the game since GTA 4 and Mario Kart are coming out.
 
The 530 mb new COD4 map pack took me around 2 hours? Than when i went to go play it the servers were so clogged up that the lag made it unplayable...
