Ebgames.com doesn't have it used yet, and cag16 only works if you spend more than $50. I tried to get it at BB with GGC, only to find that my store just has the EA cards now. I know they had the old GGCs the last time I was in there.

Gamestop B&M sells it used for 19.99, if you can find one.

Plus there is an option to erase all the previous data, so no worries there.

Probably because carts cost more to make so their profit margin is less, same reason there's no players choice series for the GBA.
