im not so sure if this is worth mentioning here, but its an awesome deal if you want to get rid of your slim ps2 (maybe towards new hardware?). honestly you could probably get more on ebay but at least you dont have to pay fees and deal with idiots..

What is Microcenter going to do with them? Do they sell used consoles?

they started taking trade-ins for games last year. i guess its like a way to get people to buy games from them. or to just bring people in.

the credit can be used on anything in the store. so you can use it to buy a new computer if you wanted to.
