Can't get the "Achieve more. Earn more." On the Xbox Rewards dashboard to work. Did 3 cheever's for the weekly and and additional one, just to be safe. Still locked.

I was able to get this to work by trying to click it the next morning after. I think the Xbox "day" resets sometime between 8-9 am.

Also possible that whatever the issue was just got fixed overnight.

the hot deals suck and the quests suck now. I hate how the secondary account on the console is excluded now from participating in the gamepass quests

Xbox Holiday Bonus rewards coming to Xbox next week.

Some big point rewards are in there for a total of 150,500 point over 12 days

We will have to wait and see what is needed for each daily punch card.

This will be interesting, got the same email. They will probably have a deal now on xbox credit, since I just got $50 this past weekend for the big sale.

Who has experience spending the "promotional credit" you get with MS Points (that expires after 90 days) on a physical pre-order from the Microsoft Store?  Since Hot Deals seem to be dead, I reckon I'll just keep saving up for the Scarlett and cash out at the regular levels.  Assuming pre-orders go live at E3 in June, I can have a good amount of credit redeemed and ready to use (not enough to cover the whole thing)... but if it's not shipping until November, will that credit expire if it's "allocated" towards an order but not technically "spent"?

The wording on the website is a little iffy so firsthand experience would be ideal:

If you use money in your Microsoft account, we'll charge you right away. If you use any other payment option, including payment backup, we'll charge you when the item ships.

Additionally, if I redeem $200 credit in June but earn enough for another gift card before launch, do you think it's possible to also apply that credit after the order is placed?

EDIT:  Googled and answered my own question: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/pre-ordering-a-game-using-temporary-funds/48a644a6-1788-4634-b0f4-47c322292fcd?auth=1

(Tl;Dr:  I think I'm best redeeming as many points for credit as I can ready for E3 when pre-orders go live, and buying the additional MS credit with actual money so that the entire balance can be paid off with MS credit at the time of the order, thereby spending the promo credit before it expires.)

The best way to get points is to gift 1000 from other accounts.
I gift 5k each month and am still able to redeem $10 on the second account whenever my nephew needs $10 for Fortnite. Also I put the home address in California so there’s no tax charges.

Since everyone is good til 2022 lol maybe we’ll see some GPU deals next year. Thanks to ms points I haven’t paid anything out of pocket for Xbl and digital games since I bought a 360 in 2013 :).

Can we access these Xbox holiday reward daily things from a browser, or is it on the console exclusively?  I can't find much about them.

How do you use your saved rewards points to buy an Xbox console from the Microsoft Store? I have around 176K points and i'm trying to figure out how to use those points to bring the price down so I can buy an Xbox One X.

You use the points to redeem for an Xbox/Microsoft giftcard.

Once redeemed, the balance of that giftcard is deposited to your account and expires in 90 days.

You have to use that same account to purchase the item, and make sure to edit your payment so that it uses your Microsoft giftcard balance first before any other payment.

If you have 176k, you might want to wait until you hit 182k so that you can redeem for $200

Redeem the points for Xbox Gift Card(s), redeem the gift cards on your MS account, and then buy the console through Microsoft Store. This will automatically use the $ balance on your account first and then another payment method for the remainder.

Could be worth waiting to see how much Series X will be and saving up for that.

Rumors are saying that the new Xbox and PlayStation could be $600, because they are so much more powerful than the current gen and a PC with similar specs right now is around $800.

I heard the new Xbox at least will start at $799 and the higher end being $999. They are trying to go with the times and phones and tablets being essentially that price would make a whole lot of sense.

Has anyone used the rewards automater app on Android? Is it legit or is a good way to get banned? Thanks!
It takes less than a few minutes each day if you simply type in something generic in the search engine such as "actors" or "movies" or "restaurants" and just keep clicking on the pictures of the individual search results until you get all of them completed. Trust me on this.

Rumor has it Billy's mom let's him have two wieners. I heard it from my uncle- that's also the owner of babbages cousin's friend. *winks and shushes you all*

Well the PS5 is rumored to play all previous gens (1-4) of PS games (with some upscaling).

Microsoft better do the same.

Microsoft has already confirmed that all current xbox one games and all 360/OG Xbox games that they made BC are going to work on the Xbox Series X. All Xbox One accessories are going to work with the Series X

Yeah, I usually just do it each morning as I'm eating breakfast. Sometimes I even find articles to read while I'm doing it! But when I don't read anything its a couple minutes at most each day.

If I preorder a game using Xbox credit I cashed in my bing points to get, then cancel the preorder, does anyone know if I’ll get that credit refunded with a new expiration date or do I lose it?

I saved up 100,0000,00000 points so I’m getting the new Xbox series x with that. It took me 5 years to get but now it’s time.

Congrats but I think 550K is the most points you are allowed to redeem in a calendar year.

I only have 105K saved myself.

I returned a physical game I bought once with rewards credit and the refund had a 60 day expiration. That was about a year ago. Never tried with a digital pre-order though.

Have they ever brought back the 1-year sub of XBL Gold? Any chance it might come back? Mine's expiring March 24th, was hoping to get another free year.

12 month Gold has not been a reward option since July of 2019.

Doubtful it will come back since MS seems to be pushing Game Pass Ultimate.
